Today we are a bit confused! All weather forecasts agree fully (that didn’t happen so often here before during the last weeks) and predict perfect measurement conditions for the coming night. Temperatures below -15 C and relatively weak winds. Thus the best perspectives for IOP7, the last one during the Hailuoto2018 experiment. Unfortunately, our colleagues from Tübingen and Oklahoma already need to start packing today, so the workload during the night has to be distributed between OWL and UiB. But knowing it will be the last long (working) night here in Finland should give us the energy to make it through!
Auf geht’s Mädels und Jungs. Die Nacht ist Eure
At the time I am posting this comment you guys are in the middle of the action! We hope the forecasts were right and an excellent IOP7 is developing. Fingers crossed 😉
